Notice is hereby given that the Board has declared a second interim dividend of ZWL$87 million (being 7.034 Zimbabwe cents per share) and an additional USD100,000 (being 0.008085 United States cents per share) from the profits of the Company for the second quarter ended 30 June 2022.

The dividend will be payable on or about 18 November 2022 to all shareholders of the Company registered at close of business on 4 November 2022. The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange up to 1 November 2022 and ex-dividend as from 2 November 2022.

The applicable shareholders’ tax will be deducted from the Gross Dividends.

Shareholders who have not provided their bank account details are requested to submit to our transfer secretaries,
